Liposomal Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid provides 500 mg of European Quali®-C vitamin C, 25 mg of R-lipoic acid, and more than 130 mg of phosphatidyl choline per serving. Quali®-C provides vitamin C as sodium ascorbate, which is generally better tolerated than ascorbic acid and enables high dosing without gastrointestinal side effects.
Take 4 pumps by mouth once or twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. May be stirred into a small amount of water. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 30 days of opening.
