Keto Before 6® is an advanced nanoemulsified liquid containing a proprietary combination of diindolylmethane, quercetin, milk thistle seed (80% silymarin), resveratrol, berberine, and cinnamon bark oil delivered in a blend of phospholipids from purified sunflower lecithin. The vegetarian blend of nutrients in Keto Before 6® supports beneficial metabolic processes typically associated with ketosis.* Hypoallergenic, gluten-free, non-GMO.

Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily and hold for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. May be mixed into water. Best if taken on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before meals. If pregnant, consult a physician before use.
