How is this different from ordinary water?
Hydrogen-rich water contains additional dissolved molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). It is different from the hydrogen chemically bonded to oxygen in ordinary water (H₂O).

Can I prepare it ahead of time?
Prepare each glass when you are ready to drink. Allow the tablet to dissolve completely, then drink immediately. Molecular hydrogen gradually escapes from water.
Do I need a special bottle or water machine?
No. Use an ordinary glass and water that is already safe to drink. Active H2 generates molecular hydrogen; it does not filter or disinfect water.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Experiences vary. There is no established timeframe or guarantee of noticeable effects. The research is developing, and studies of hydrogen-rich water do not establish the same outcomes for this product.
