Active H₂ ULTRA is a high concentration tablet (12+ PPM) dissolved in water to super-saturate water with high-dose molecular hydrogen (H₂).  As the world’s smallest molecule, hydrogen gas rapidly diffuses into cells, mitochondria, and fluids throughout the body to deliver its energy-boosting, antioxidant benefits. It also provides a source of ionic magnesium to combat one of the most common mineral deficiencies.

Mg + 2H₂O > Mg(OH)₂ + H₂ gas

Elemental magnesium 80 mg (20% DV) combined with organic acids (malic acid, adipic acid, tartaric acid)  to liberate molecular hydrogen from water on demand.
