Active H2 Ultra & Active H2 + Chromax
Dissolve 1 tablet in 10 –12 ounces of non-carbonated, room temperature water (12-16 oz for 2 tablets) and drink immediately. Suggested on an empty stomach for best results. Take one to four times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not swallow a tablet.
Quinton Hypertonic
1-3 daily in water or directly into mouth; Take with or without food
Adding to water: 1 serving (10ml) per Liter of water or to taste preference
Opening: Snap tip quickly with included disc or tissue (at line). Place finger over end & turn. Break off the opposite tip. Release finger to dispense.
Quinton Isotonic
Take 1-6 Quinton Isotonic daily on an empty stomach (15-30 min before eating). Hold in mouth 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Best if taken in divided doses at least 1 hour apart.

Take ½ tsp in 4–8 ounces of purified water preferably not with food, or as directed by a health care professional.
For extremely acidic conditions, one may try 4–10 doses per day, depending on acidity level. Can use pH paper to ensure pH levels remain balanced, and do not become too alkaline (alkalosis may occur above pH 8.2).
