RETURNS
Health Supplements:
Heat-sensitive products, bundles containing heat-sensitive products, and test kits are not eligible for returns.
- We accept returns on non-heat-sensitive products within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with your purchase.
- The cost of returning the product is at your expense. We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Include the original invoice with your return shipment to ensure we can locate your original order/payment method.
- If available, please send the tracking number of your shipment to support@waterandwellness.com to expedite your return. Not providing a tracking number may result in a delay of your refund.
- We will refund your purchase via your original payment method once the approved return has arrived at the Water & Wellness Warehouse: 2400 Celsius Ave Unit B, Oxnard, CA 93030.

AquaTru or Air Doctor:
If, within 30 days of receiving AquaTru or AirDoctor, you are not satisfied with the product, email customer service and return the product for a complete refund of your purchase price (less shipping and processing). We do not cover the cost to return.
- We will refund your payment when your product is returned within 7-14 business days of our receipt of the returned product if purchased using third-party credit, such as Visa or Mastercard.
- Your AquaTru Water Purifier and AirDoctor Air Purifier are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Should the product have a defect, we will repair or replace it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee will apply). The warranty does not include filters.
- To obtain service under warranty, email our customer service team.
- Water & Wellness may update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review our Return Policy regularly.
CLAIMS
If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect shipment, please email us at admin@waterandwellness.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Include pictures of the damaged items, manufacturing codes (found on the back of the bottle), shipping box(es), shipping label, and your order number. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.

*Some products, such as AquaTru®, AirDoctor, Qlarivia, Hydroshot, and Mayu, are not eligible for free shipping. For questions, please contact our customer service team.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping, depending on inventory availability. Processing for AquaTru and AirDoctor products can take up to 10 business days.
**Shipping costs vary by product weight and shipping location and will be specified at checkout.

Some of our products are heat sensitive and we frequently are asked many of the same questions. We hope that this FAQ sheet answers any questions or concerns you may have. Heat-sensitive products include CoQ10, Dr. Shade’s The One, Glutathione, Glutathione Complex, Membrane Mend, NAD+ Gold, NAD+ Platinum, Pure PC, and Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid. In addition, Vitamin C, Vitamin C+ Elderberry, Immune Charge+, Immune Charge+ Shots, and Quinton Liters should be refrigerated upon opening.
MY HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCT ARRIVED WARM. IS THE PRODUCT OK?
Yes. Heat-sensitive products can be exposed to room temperature for 5-7 days with no damage to the product. Heat-sensitive products are stored in the freezer prior to shipment and are shipped with an ice pack.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND THE COLD PACK ISN’T COLD. IS THE PRODUCT OK?
Yes, the product still works. We include ice packs to keep the product cool in transit, but thawing during transit will occur.
