NOMINATE SOMEONE SPECIAL:

Tell us about someone you know who deserves a boost of wellness. Share why you think they should receive this gift and what makes them special to you.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

We’ll review all nominations and select one winner on the first Tuesday of the month. From now until January 7th, 2025.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

The selected nominator will be contacted directly via email. We’ll then coordinate with you to arrange the delivery of a personalized health supplement package to your nominee.
