New AquaTru / AirDoctor Policy 2021
If, within 30 days of receiving AquaTru or AirDoctor, you are not satisfied with the product, simply email customer service and return the product for a complete refund of your purchase price (less shipping and processing). We will refund your payment when your product is timely returned, and within 7-14 business days of our receipt of the returned product if purchased using third-party credit, such as a Visa or Mastercard.Your AquaTru Water Purifier and AirDoctor Air Purifier is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Should the product have a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee will apply). Warranty does not include filters. To obtain service under warranty, simply email our customer service team.
