Amazing!
This water filter is fantastic, I've been using it for about a year now. The replacement filters arrived quickly and were easy to swap out. There is even a noticeable color difference between the filtered and pre-filtered water from my well. I use the waste water to water my plants.
Great, but a lot work
There's no denying how good this filters but I have a family of four and I feel like I'm constantly filling the tank and puoring out waste water. Apparently this is how RO systems work but i wish it was more hand's off. Customer service recommended getting a second dispenser to keep in the fridge which I'll probably end up doing.

This is perfect for my apartment! It is very easy to use and I have piece of mind that I am drinking the purest water available. It's an adorable compact unit and I have already recommended it to all of my family!
1 Year Post Purchase
I had forgotten how good truly clean water tasted like. I'm knocking it down one star because the unit had some minor leakage from the dispensing button (recently started). A small complaint all things considered, as Water & Wellness will send me a new dispenser as it's just at the one-year mark for the warranty. And you can always buy a replacement dispenser unit at a reasonable price from them if outside of warranty.
Best Choice I Ever Made!
I love this device. Simple to use and set up. Easy to maintain. My water never tasted so good! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to use clean water! Obviously I add Isotonic to it in the morning to provide electrolytes that are lost due to filtration.

The bottom unit leaked in 2 places immediately . Followed all instructions for possible leak fix. Still waiting on replacement unit that has been over a week shipping. Would not expect this. CS had a difficult time finding my order with you even though I gave them the order #. Grrrr...

Excellent Water Filter
I have been really enjoying this water filter, I've been using the Berkey in my room and am now using this one in the kitchen. I now prefer it to my Berkey, it works very quickly, it filters a tank of water in maybe 8 minutes, very quick. I find the water tastes better and feels cleaner in my body as well. I would recommend this filter for 1-2 people using it, anymore and you may find you need to refill it very often. My girlfriend and I refill it a couple times a day. No issues with it.
