Active H2 Ultra releases molecular hydrogen gas (H₂) when it reacts with water. Make a glass when you’re ready to drink it.

Add one tablet to 10–12 oz of drinking water.

Let the tablet dissolve completely.

Drink immediately after dissolving.

Take 1–3 times daily as directed on the label. Do not swallow tablets directly. Tablet count is not a fixed number of days.

Which flavor should I choose?

Unflavored has no added fruit flavor. Raspberry has a mild fruit flavor. Both provide 80 mg of magnesium per tablet.
