The gold standard in Marine Plasma since 1887 - QUINTON's Quintessential 3.3 is living seawater/marine plasma harvested from seasonal vortex plankton blooms 100 feet below sea level. Dissolve 1 tablet of Active H2 + Chromax in 10-12 ounces of a non-carbonated beverage (reverse osmosis filtered water suggested) and drink immediately. Do not take more than one Chromax tablet daily and 4 Active H2 Ultra tables daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
