VOC Filter for AquaTru Carafe (NOT for Aquatru Classic)

The company sent me the wrong filter for my AquaTru carafe. They immediately sent me a replacement. Which, when I opened the package, found that they sent the same item. I complained…they apologized and sent me yet another filter. Well, turns out they had always sent the correct filter. They probably knew that but apparently wanted a happy customer so they went way beyond until I recognized my error and realized the item was the correct filter for my system. I stand here with “egg on my face” to tell ya’all that these are VERY NICE FOLKS.

This machine and carafe have changed my life. Having clean water at my fingertips has just been a game changer. I love my machine. I love my water even more now!
